You, the customer, warrant that the information you provide is true, that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this binding agreement with Locate4me.com. 

 Locate4me may take all remedies available, including collection agencies, to collect fees owed to us. You would be held liable for all collection fees. 

This agreement is limited to a one time transaction.
